Harold went to Ottawa. Big tea at President Smith's . I poured. Hugh and Anne out. Wrote letters. Very mild.

Mon.
Raining. Bus ride to Hull. Cleaned up - to top of Peace Tower-- fine view and saw carillon. Dinner with Miss Peron, Covert and Demarais to see "Animal Crackers" and to Miss Peron's.

1951
Tues.
Downtown shopping, worked on baby clothes, Nina cleaning. To Hart House with Lois to see Fay's " Bay with a Cart" and " Phoenix too Frequent."

1952
Thur.
Cold. To dentist and had filling. To lunch with Frances Gordon and Grace Baker at [University Women's Club] then to talk on Crafts at Museum by Thor Hansen.

1953
Raining. Baked pie and tarts. Anne off to Caledon for weekend. Mrs. Shephard here about house, also other people.
