Had permanent. Snowing and slushy. Mrs. Benzanson, Mr. Cole and six men here in evening. Mary out.

Man cleaned cellar and I helped. Great improvement. Heleconian dinner.

Sat.
Wrote notes. To lunch at Miss Elliot's, Mrs. Knox, Johnson, Rosemary there. Very nice time. Cold. Anne out.

To church. Sorted papers and threw many away. Anne at Rattlesnake Point. Wrote letters.
