Mary out to lunch, she and I to our class - on 18th century English furniture. Met Harold and all to see Chaplin " City Lights."

Wed.
Slush and rain. Typed, ironed and packed. Harold and I off to Philadelphia to [American Philosophy Society.]

Fri.
Shopped with Hugh, and met Mrs. Graham at Yonge Street. Harold very sick, unconscious. Donald came from London for weekend.

Sat.
Heavy snow all day. People looking at house. Anne, Joan and Hugh here for lunch.Anne and I went to see " Captain Paradise" - very good.
