Very warm. Harold , Donal and I had tea in garden. Mary sailed from New York on De Grasse at noon. Baked cake and nut bread.

Very cold all day. Anne playing tennis, Hugh at Guelph.

Mon.
Washed. With Ann to shop and she got tartan skirt. Hugh and Anne out.

Wed.
I shopped. Miss Mc Taggart took dictation. Harold came down to see porch in morning. Wrote letters.

Thurs.
Worked in Reference Library. Very cool. Had roast duck. Letter from Anne in Algonquin Park.
