Anne's gifts and birthday dinner. 22! Flowers from Bil and Tom. Mary cleaned her room. Anne out at dinner. Mary played records.

Tues.
Downtown shopping and then to St. Clair and Yonge. Mary's party gifts for all as well as Mary. Rosy, Bruce, Fred and Mary played bridge. I drove with Donald and Hugh.

Lovely weather. Men at dentist. Harold and I to party at Oxford Press. Anne in tournament. Mary is 24.

Fri.
Lil came for lunch to see Harold. Harold not so well. I to lunch at Grace Bakeri's. Hugh stopped work.

Sat.
Donald took Anne to train for Alganquin and took me shopping Wendy came. Cooler. Mary is 26. Wrote letters, Baked cookies.
