Donald packed and left for canoe trip in Algonquin park. Lovely weather. I to bank and store. To Lois Thomas's in evening.

Took 2 [manuscripts] to printer and got Hugh moccasins. Anne took driving lesson and washed car. Anne tennis.

Baked and to shop at village. Cool. Griff, Doris and David Taylor here for tea. Gave Doris gifts. Anne at tennis. Rain. To central library.

Washed.Very hot. Donald at University press. Mrs. Graham took dictation. Harold not so well. Anne at tennis.
