Downtown shopping. Violent thunderstorm. Hugh, Harold and I to wood estate and went thru house - very fine.

Letter from Harold and Hugh.Shopped and to library. Warm and bright. Working on Turkey. Dinner with Don. [Creighton.] Anne out.

Sun.
Over 90. Very bad day. Listened to radio. Made lemonade. Mayorie Show called up.

Mon.
Went downtown. Mary and Bruce went down in afternoon and mary got new clothes. Cooler.
