Baked cookies and sent some to Hugh. Lovely weather. Mary to dentist, working at night again.

1950
Started early for Otterville. Lunch at Kerby hotel, Brantford. Dropped in at all 4 places, nice supper at Doris's. Walked to Park.

Sun.
Warm. Read and wrote letters. Anne at tennis.

1952
Terribly hot, over 90. Had supper in garden. Usual people here for dictation. Violent thunderstorm. Lights shorted.

1953
Wed.
Rain and cooler. Little Bruce and I to store. Wrote letters. Feeding Kippy his pablum.
