Baked devil's food cake. Harold and I walked round to church to see Anne and [Hugh] playing tennis. [crossed over text] Harold and I took train to Kingston to Royal Society.[crosed over text]

To church. Harold and I to supper at Lois Thomas's, very nice. Kerrs and Conrad wright there.
