Baked cake. Huh studying, Anne at tennis. Hugh and I to [Lutch's] to see sages a crowd there.

Wrote to Mary and Donald. Harold, Hugh and I for a drive to Palgrave. Lovely country.

1952
Tues.
With Harold all day. Lovely weather. Jane Ward took his letters. Had my hair done. Got dinner for Anne and Hugh. Lois Thomas came for lunch.

Furnace cleaned and piano tuned. To see Fred Kemp and shopped. To Heliconian annual dinner. Mrs. Thursfield here for tea.
