Harold back to Ottawa. I went to church in evening. Anne and Hugh gave me Boston Cooking school cook book for Mother's Day.

Northern Ontario. Armstrong, Birches, Nakina, Fire River, getting tired of train.

Wed.
Harold operated on at 12. Very miserable all afternoon. Anne and Hugh came down for dinner. Phoned Lil. Anne finished exams.

Thur.
Hugh wrote last exam. Very relieved, went out in evening. Letter from Mary.
