Anne worked. Cold and rain all day.Hugh had boys here, Anne and I played cribbage, Mary studied.

Tues.
To bank and store. Lovely and warm. Hayward fixed chairs and put up shower. Misses Hay and Mrs. [Williamson] here for tea. Harold left for Ottawa. Harold took tigger away.

1951
Wed.
Sunny and warm. I to San Francisco. Gen. Mac Arthur came. Lloyd took me to lunch at Fishermen's Wharf, on cable car. Saw golden gate. Crab for supper.

1952
Fri.
Spent morning and p.m. with Harold, lunch at Eaton's with Maida French. Letter from Donald.

1953
Sat.
Donald and I shopped. I typped. Donald and Wendy out, all here for lunch. Wendy, D. Mrs. Graham and I to see " Family Reunion" at Hart House.
