Hugh in bed with fever, cold and sore throatm gave him sulfa. Shopped. walked. Anne playing tennis.

1950
Ed drove us to new Trier. Mary Jean took us downtown and thru Field's . Fred came to supper and took us to train, met Wendy and Donald there.

1951
Shopping, letters from Donald, Ed and Mary. Harold out for dinner. Hugh came home. Heard Groucho Marx on radio.

1952
Fri.
Hot Cross Buns. Harold weak and miserable all day, waited on him. Anne and Hugh studying. Reading Davis " Winds of Morning."

1953
Sat.
Donald and I drove to Otterville. Dinner at Sam's, to funeral at Addison's Funeral parlor, to cemetery, tea with familt at Hughene's - 25 there. On to London, Very tired.
