To Miss Ford's and we went over [mss] and index. Donald out for lunch. Party at dinner. Harold and Hugh to New York. Donald and I to see movie " Life with Father".

Sat. Anne baked cake. Heard " La Boheme", Creighton's came in evening.

Cold. I went to church at 11. Very crowded. Alex came for tea. Hugh left. Creighton's came in evening. Anne came very sunburned.

To bank and story. Wet and dull. To Laura's to club meeting - book reviews.

Wed.
Had my hair done. Shopped. Mild. Worked on textbook. Heard Churchill spoke on Queen Mary and part of St. Mathew Passion.
