Tues.
Worked on novel[ mss?] and darned and mended. Harold, Mary and I to grad banquet at Royal York. 900 there. Mary spoke very well.

1950
Wed.
Downtown and got new shoes etc. Sorted papers, darned and mended. Hugh and I heard " Macbeth" on radio.

1951
Thurs.
Down to renew boys' driver's permits and got grocerris. Harold and I to reception at Cody's and on to Barlow's. Snow.

1952
Sat.
Donald came at noon. Harold in bed. Heard some of "Boheme". Baked and talked to Donald.

1953
Sun. Heavy rain and hail. Donald, Anne and I drove out to Clark's for tea. Very nice time. Took Donald to station.
