Wrote letters. Harold and I to supper at President Smith's. Many new people there. Easter Brooks drove us home.

Mon. Washed. Men began painting kitchen. To Yonge to shop. Mlle. d. Haucourt from Washington came in evening.

Mary and I to lunch with Mr. Gordon and Baker and to Industrial Design exhibit at museum. Shopped.

1952
Death of king George. Heard 9th symphony on C B L. Met Lois Enid for dinner and to Symphony - Eroica symphony and Emperor Concert

Fri.
Regina - Very cold. Bright sun. Got out at Brandon - cold. Reading " What Happened in History." Many service men got on train.
