Made dress for Ann's birthday. Anne bowling at church. She and Hugh skated. I to [Jaffary's] to work on report for [Committee] on Culture.

1950
To Mrs. Goggio's to Executive meeting. Ann's square dance - 16 girls. to Luella's club exams party - wore wimples. Home at 1:30 , snow at last.

1951
Sat.
Baked cake and custards. Snowing at last. Mary and I heard " Don Giovannie" on radio.

1952
Sun.
Hugh got dinner - French fries and biscuits. Ann got back from Collingwood. I got up first time.

Tues.
Wild blizzard at Calgary. Cold. Saw [mountains] thru snow from Stephen to golden and kicking House Canyon. Deep snow at Revelstoke
