[Harold] in bed with cold. I downtown shopping. Cut out house dress. Wrote letters. Gladys Cochrane here in evening.

Wed.
Very mild. Anne to movies. To University Library.

Went to CBC and went over broadcast with C. Long. To church for wool, to bank and post office.

1952
Fri.
In bed with bad cold and cough. Anne to Collingwood to ski. Snowing.

1953
Sun and snow, beautiful day. Read and looked out window. Got out at Chapleau and white River. Cold. Saw lights of Marathon.
