& McPhersons, Alec etc.

19 Shopped & called on
Mrs. Helleiner. Cold.
Children skating.

19 Hugh at home with cold.
Kept him & Anne apart.
Raining. Harold out. Hugh
& I made fruit candy.

19 Went to Y.W.C.A. in
morning & to Red Cross.
Typed in afternoon.

19 Mary & I went downtown
I went to reception at
Oxford Press for Portia White
Very nice. Snow & very cold.
