Marchino Chery Cake
6 egg yolks beat, add 1 cup
sugar and beat again -
Then add a 10 c bottle of
Marchino cherries cut up
and juiced with 1 1/2 tablespoons
vinegar. Then add 1 1/2 cup
cup flour. Nuts maybe added
if liked. Then take 6 egg
whites that have been beaten
with 1/2 cup sugar added to
them, and fold into first
mixture. Bake in ungreased
angel tin 40 to 45 min
