The 38h won in the Officer Indoor Baseball, Running
Broad Jump, 115 lb and 158 lb boxing, five second
places and three third places.
Total points gained by each unit.
72nd Bn. 88 ps. 78th Bn 39 pts. 38th Bn. 36 pts. 85th Bn 35 pts.
In the Transport Competition, the results were
72nd Ben. 322 pts. - 78th Bn 316 1/2 pts. 85th n 310 1/2 pts. 38th. 306 pts.
Magnificent weather prevailed throughout the day
and all ranks had a jolly good time. RBO'S

do 13 Training continued. In afternoon Divisional Troops
held eliminations at PERNES and our 115 lb
man qualified in the boxing. Weather :- fine. RBO'S

do 14 Training in forenoon and Batt. paid in afternoon
and evening. Weather :- fine. RBO'S

do 15 Batt. marched to PERNES for Divisional Sports in
the morning and made a great day of it. Having
been paid the day before, the men all had spending
money and were able to get the best values from
the "Y" tent that had stocked up specially for the
day. Practically the whole division was on the
