St. EMILE subsector 1918 Mar 28 cont
made a trip over 12th Bde Horse Lines. Our archies
had an easy mark, but did not tally. Heavy
showers of rain fell from about 4.30 pm.
Oper. Order no 16 was cancelled and Battalion moved
to Hanson Camp. NEUVILLE St. VAAST. The relief -
being accomplished without incident of note.
Transport Lines remained near Hospital Corner,
CARENCY. RBO'S

NEUVILLE St. VAAST 29 Batt. in Hanson Camp preparatory to moving
up in the evening to BOIS de Maison BLANCHE,
where it will be in Brigade Reserve. The officers
and men are in fine fittle? and after their re-
cent experiences in repulsing Hun raids, are
prepared to fight any odds. In the evening
about 8 pm. the Huns shelled the CARENCY -
SOUCHEZ Road, and the Transport Lines being
in the line of fire, receied a couple of shells
near their territory. Orders were issued to vacate
the lines until the spasm was over and
everything was normal again by 9. pm.

Hun offensive is now affecting the ARRAS
