Usual monthly financial returns made to Field Cashier
in BRUAY. Mr. Elder returned from acting as Officer
in charge of Brigade Signallers. The nich? of outgoing
and incoming Christmas mail already commenced,
necessitating a move to more commodiouos quarters
of the Postal Staff. Reinforcement of twenty one
other ranks reported for duty. Syllabus of training
carried out. Slight snow fall in early forenoon,
then weather cleared to fine with sunshine. RBO'S

received and greatly appreciated as it contained a
list of all nominations of Win the War candidates.
Weather fine and mild throughout day and very
suitable for out of door training. Men are showing
plainly that they are recuperating rapidly from
