LOZENGHEM 1917 20 cont.
The greater part of the day was devoted to cleaning
up & polishing, as well as leisurely adjusting new
conditions. Weather cloudy & damp. RBO'S
do 21 Batt engaged in carrying out instructions of syl-
labus for physical drill & other training. Pay-
master went back to MERVILLE to locate Cashier &
get money. Weather cloudy and cold. RBO'S
do 22 Battalion paid. Weather cloudy but no rain. RBO'S
do 23 Brigade paid at AUCHELLE. Battalion following syl-
labus. Re-inforcements, consisting of four officers
Lieuts. P.H. Gardner, R.G. Davis, E.M. Matthews, J.
Edwards and seventy three other ranks
were received. Weather:- Morning dull but the
afternoon was warm with bright sunshine. At
night cool with clear sky and moonlight RBO'S
do 24 Batt. following syllabus with battring and
2449 Wt W14957/M90 750,000 1/16 J.B.C. & A. Forms/C.2118/13.
