The 38th Can. Inf. Batt. located in POTIZJE AREA and
occupying camp at 1.10 Central _ on night 28th/29th October
Reference Map _ Sheet 28.N.W. 1/20,000
Batt. moved to reserve area allotted on evening of
29th October and was in Brigade Reserve. Map Reference
ZONNEBEKE Trench Map 1/10000 and PASSCHENDALE 1/10000
"B" and "D" Companies occupying trenches in the neigh-
bourhood of AUGUSTUS WOOD and D.17.a. and b.
"A" and "C" Companies occupying area and trenches in
the neighbourhood of ABRAHAM HEIGHTS and BEECHAM
D.15.b. and D.16. Central.
The 38th on the first november continued to co-operate
with the remaining Battalions in the Brigade in con-
