The 38th Batt. will relieve the 72nd Batt. in the left sub-sector
on night July 30th/31st. The 72nd will take over present
dispositions of 38th Batt. The relief will commence at
9.45 pm & no movement is to take place in larger bodies
than platoons. Statement of trench stores &? taken
over & handed over will be forewarded to the 38th Batt. Orderly
Room at 6.00 am July 31st. Completion of relief
will be reported to Battalion Headquarters at T.1.a.8.9.
by wire by using the code word "Jill." The following
is the disposition of the 72nd Batt. in left sub-sector
Battalion Headquarters. T.1.a.8.9.
