for the disposition of the Batt. and the following locations
were occupied-- Batt. H.Q. S.17.b.9.9. Front Line
S.C. Central to T.1.c.25.65. Support Line S.5.d.9.2. to
S.12.b.85.25. Third Line 55.d.9.2. to S.18.b.25.35.
This position was kept throughout with exception
of new front line which was dug from T.01.7 to
s.6.b.4.3. but was only used for H.Q. RBO'S

Front Line 25 Batt. in lines, as per preceding. Transport Lines
moved to vicinity of Hospital Corner at about noon.
Orderly room remaining in Coupigny, and Capt. O'Sullivan
Paymaster, and Capt. C. Clarke, Chaplain remaining at
Hersin, with Pay Staff, Portal Staff. The men's equip-
ment was stored in Hersin and the sick kept in
quarters. Weather warm.

At 9 o'clock last night, a barrage of considerable pro-
portion lasting one hour was directed in the vicinity of
our front line, beween our front and support lines,
as well as in "no man's land". At the same time the
enemy discharged very numerous Very Lights. The
casualties in the 15th Royal Warwicks were two
killed and three wounded. During the night and day
