The Committee to whom the foregoing Report was referred
reported the same back recommending that it be recorded
and that the Acting Committee at the next meeting of
the Board, in addition to the amount of Receipts and
Expenditures for the financial year, report specifically
the description and quantity of Lots and Lands reentered,
or forfeited, and the amount of Rents therein
and other particulars relating to the condition of the
same, and of the other property of the University, necessary
for the information of the Board, Agreed to.

Contingent Fund of said Committee.
"The Acting Committee made the following Report as
to the amount expended from Contingent fund appropriated
at the last meeting of the Board:_ Appropriation $300 00

"The Committee on Scholarships beg leave to make the
following Report:-
The Committee have sold since their last annual Report
Eighteen Scholarships at $20.00 amounting to the sum of 360$
and the money arising from the Sales has been paid over to the
Treasurer, and duplicate receipts taken therefor and filed with
the Auditor. Respectfully submitted.
