The Board made the following appropriation
as recommended by the acting committee
to wit,

On motion the sum of $25.00 was
appropriate for music at the present
session, to the Athens Band
Mr Wilson offered the following Resolution
which was adopted viz.
Resolved that there be appropriated for
the ensuing year, the following sums
For President Salary 1150 00
" Prof Languages " 850 00
" " Mathematics " 850 00
" " Natural Sci'e 850 00
" " Preparatory Department 600 00
" " Treasurer's Salary 150 00
" Auditor " 50 00
" Secretaries " 15 00
Total $4,515,00
& also for the Expenses of the Board of Trustees for
the present session
Mr Hubbard offered the following resolutions
which were adopted, to wit;
Resolved that the Acting Committee be and
they are hereby requested to procure if necessary
suitable Books, therefor in which to cause to be
entered, the following accounts to wit,
1 A Real Estate account
2 The Library "
3 " Phylosophical "
4 " Chronical "
5 " Botanical "
6 " Geological "
7 " Minerological "
8 Miscellaneous Personal property account
of any and all personal property, if any, not embraced
under the foregoing heads.
& 9 A General Account current of the whole.
