Our motion adjourned until tomorrow morning
at eight o'clock

Wednesday morning June 22nd AM 1859 the Board
met pursuant to adjournment, present as on yesterday except Mr. Welch.
Mr. Morris from the special committee to whom was
referred the resegination of William B. Hubbard, made the following report which was received and the
Resolutions accepted to wit.
The committee to whom was referred the better of
William B. Hubbard Esq. tendering his resignation as
a member of the Board of Trustees of this University.
Report that they have had the same under consideration
and submit for adoption the following Resolution.
Resolved that in view of the long and efficient
services rendered the University by Mr. Hubbard as one of
its trustees, we are unwilling to accept his resignation
if he can at all find it consistant with his other
duties to services in the Board.
Resolved that we accept the hansome
donation of Books presented to the library
of the University by Mr. Hubbard and tender
to him our thanks for the same.
