The Theological having a right to proportion of the
Assets prior to 1879 would receive adequate accommodation
from the University in lieu of such right; but should
a separate building be found necessary for the proposed
Theological College, it was agreed that a free site
should be provided, and also a grant of $40,000 with
the use of the University Library.

(2) Of the University Endowment of 1879, it was held that
the Theological Department, according to the terms
of appeal, would be entitled to the sum of $50,000,
and to a claim on the theological books in the
Library for the Theological College occupying a
separate building.

(3) Of the endowment of 1888, the Jubilee Fund, the said
College would be entitled to the following proposition:-
(a) Specified proportion of one-fifth $33,000
(b) Proportion of amount for Principalship one-half $16,000
(c) Special, Endowment Collection, less expenses [underline]$16,000[/underline]
$65,000

So far then, the recommendation of the Committee was
that the following sums should be set apart for
the use of the Theological College:-
From Endowment of 1879 $50,000
From Jubilee Fund 65,000
From Century Fund [underline]35,000[/underline]
$150,000
