valuable and rare collection, and when housed in the
new Library building, with ample room for its proper
display, its instructive and artistic quality will be
more and more appreciated by the successive
generations of students.

Dean Dupuis was given hearty thanks for his
ungruding and highly efficient services as acting
Principal during the vacancy in that office.
The Dean's unspoken motto ever was, always work and
not words, and work of the best.

This reference from the University Council was taken up:-

(1) Report of the Medical Faculty for the Session 1902-03,
in which they asked that the Medical Enactments be
amended. There was also a letter from several Medical
Professors bearing on the subject. It was decided to
deal with the matter at the adjourned meeting.

(2) A report was submitted regarding the installation
of the Principal which was approved.

(3) Further, a report relative to the affiliation of a
proposed Medical College to be established in
Vancouver, B.C. After a brief discussion it was resolved
to reply to the Report, to the effect, that when the
College was established Queen's would take the matter
into favourable consideration if suitable arrangements
could be made.
