Sunday Oct. 14
Lizzie and I went to Westminster
Abby, morning service. Had dinner
at Uncle's. In the evening we went
to St Botolph's, Aldersgate St.
Sunday Oct. 21
Went up to the City; Lizzie and I went
to St. Michael's Cornhill, evening service
Sunday Oct. 28
This morning I went to the Station to
meet Lizzie; met her; after which we
all took a walk through Lewisham,
Lee, Blackheath, Greenwich and the park.
Lizzie returned to the City in the evening.
Monday Oct. 29
Went around to the city. Lizzie and I went
to St. Alban's Holborn.
Tuesday, Oct. 30
Was somewhat gratified this evening
by having my wages raised from
twenty-six to thirty shillings.

I am at present very unwell; so
much so as to be obliged to place
