Thursday May 19
Went up to see Uncle and had a game
at Whist, with him and Aunt and

Saturday May 21
Went tonight to the [[Grecian Theatre]]
[[City Road]] where I met [[Thomas]] and
his wife. Saw three sensational plays
entitled: [[Esperanza]], [[Masaniello]], and
[[The Poor of London]].

Sunday May 22
A beautiful day. T. and I in company
of [[Mr. Barrel]] and two friends of the latter took a
walk across [[Blackheath]] and [[Greenwich
Park]]. After tea T. and his wife and
I took a walk in the same direction
returned by way of [[Lewisham]].
