Sunday April 17th
Thomas and I took a walk as far as
Bridge St. Greenwich. At home the rest
of the day.

Sunday Apr. 24
I went last evening to the Deptford
Theatre. Went up to London today;
this morning Uncle T. and I took a
walk to see Elizabeth at Shoreditch;
Went to St. Paul's this evening.

Thursday Apr. 28
Mrs D. and I went this evening to
Sadlers Wells Theatre to see the "Winter's
Tale." A very beautiful play; principal
characters by Miss Marriott and Mr.
Brooks. Stopped at Uncles all night.

Sunday May 1st 1864
A very fine day; not very well; suffering
from a bad cold; took a short walk
this morning in the fields; after ten
took another walk to Greenwich through
the Hospital and along the river
side. On the way we called on
the [Brames?].
