and State, W. H. Bellinger, who being by me duly sworn,
says that he saw Comer Covington and Frances W. Covington sign the fore-
going instrument, and that he the said W. H. Bellinger
signed his name in attestation of the execution of said instrument in
the presence of Comer Covington and Frances W. Covington. Let the said
