of Bids on
Library
Building [end inserted] Mr Wood moved, "that the further consideration
of the bids for the erection of the new Library building be
postponed until a future meeting of the Board to be
called by the Secretary at a date not later than
the second (2nd) Wednesday of December 1903_1_P.M"
which motion was duly seconded , and the yeas
and nays being demanded a call of the roll
was hand resulting as follows: Yeas Jewett-Hamblin
Davidson- Fenton- Benson- Jones-Welch. Wood
Douglas. Blackstone- Foster. O'Bleness-Foraker and
Ellis- Yeas-14- nays none, and thereupon the Chair
declared that said resolution and motion had been
unanimously adopted by the Board.

of Mr Packard [end inserted] Mr Jone moved that F. L. Packard be invited to
appear before the Board and make a statement
in regard to the Condition and progress of the
New Normal College building_ which motion ws seconded and adopted
Mr Packard appeared before the Board and made
and elaborate statement as to the condition and
progress of the new normal college building.

Com on Legislative [end inserted] On motion of Mr Jewett duly
seconded and adopted J B. Foraker Jr was elected
as Chairman of the Legislative Committee with full
power and authority to act-
On motion duly seconded and adopted Messrs
Whiley. Lowrey and Lene were excused for non
attendance
On motion duly seconded and adopted the
Board adjourned without day.
