Treasurers Bond of the Ohio University
Know all men by [?these?] presents, that we A. J.
Frame as principal, S. N. Hobson D H. Moore Henry
O Bleness W. D. Bartlett as sureties are held and
firmly bound unto the precident and Trustees of the
Ohio University, a corporation under the laws of Ohio
in the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30.000.00) for
the payment of which well and truly to be made we
do hereby bind ourselves our Executors and administrators
jointly and severally.
Witness our hands this 16th of June AD.1903
The condition of the above obligation is such that
whereas the above named A.J. Fram ws by The
President and Trustees of the Ohio University , a
corporation under the laws of Ohio, at its annual
meeting held in June 1903 duly elected as treasurer
of the President and Trustees of the Ohio University for
the current year and until his successor is elected
and qualified according to law.
Now if the said Augustus. J. Frame as such Treasurer shall
faithfully perform and discharge the duties of his said
Office , and render to The said President and Trustees of the
Ohio University a jest and true account of his doings
and proceedings as such Treasurer whenever required
and deliver over to his successor in Office , and to said
University when required all the moneys, securities,
and all other properties that shall come into his
hands belonging to said the President and Trustees of the
Ohio University, together with all the books and papers
in which his proceedings as such Treasurer shall
