Building [end inserted] Mr Foster moved that we postpone all further
consideration of said bids above named at this time,
to a future special meeting of this Board to [inserted] hereafter to [end inserted] be held [crossed out] in the
furture [end crossed out], and [inserted] that [end inserted] the Secretary of this Board be instructed and directed
to call such special meeting at a date not later
than the 2nd day of October 1903 at 1-Oclock P.M
which motion was duly seconded and unanimously
adopted by the Board

was directed to return to Mess. Caldwell Drake +Co
the 10.000$ [inserted] check [end inserted] encluded in their bid.

[inserted] Forrestry. [end inserted] Mr Lene offered the following resolution;
"Resolved that
any and all actions this Board has taken in
reference to the establishment of a Forrestry Department
in this University are hereby rescinded , and that
the Committee on Forrestry be dismissed".

Mr Jones moved that the consideration of said resolution
be posponed until the next annual meeting of this
board, which motion was duly seconded and adopted.
