Cleveland Leader and the Columbus Evening Dispatch,
and the Board finds that due and legal proofs of said
publications have been made and are on file
with the Secretary of this Board.
Mr Jewett moved
that we proceed to award the bids made for the
Ohio University Certificates to be sold this day to the
highest legal bidder, which motion was duly seconded
and the yeas and nays being demanded the roll
was called resulting in the following vote to wit: Yeas
Alston.Ellis V.C. Lowrey- L M. Jewett-C C. Davidson.
A. Lene. L. J. Fenton . E.J. Jones- J.M Welch. J.P. Wood.
H. W. Coultrap . I. M. Foster and Henry O'Bleness.
nays none.

And thereupon the Chair declared that
said motion had been duly adopted by a legal quorum
of this Board. The Board thereupon proceeded to [?canvas?]
and consider such bids so received, and having considered
the subject, it finds and determines tht "The Bank
of Athens Ohio, has made the highest and bid to wit:
$10. 385.00 for the $10.000.00 Ohio University Certificates.
maturning at the times following to wit: $5.000.00. September
1st 1912 and $5.000.00 September 1st 1913. And the said
Bank of Athens having paid therefor the sum of $10.385.00
the amount of its said bid, was declared to be the
highest and best legal bidder at said sale.
And thereupon
Mr. Jewett moved that The Bank of Athens Ohio
be declared to be the highest and best bidder at said
sale, which motion was duly seconded , and a call of
the roll being demanded resulted in the following vote
to with: [inserted] Yeas [end inserted] Alston.Ellis . V. C. Lowrey. L.M Jewett C. C. Davidson
A. Lene. L. J. Fenton . E. J Jones J.M. Welch. J.P. Wood. H. W
Coultrap. I.M. Foster and Henry O'Bleness, nays none.
And thereupon the Chair declared that said motion
had been unanimously by a legal quorum of this Board
Therefore, it is by the Board ordered and
directed that the bid of said Bank of Athens Ohio
