June 15.1903 beg to report that we have carefully
examined said accounts,and compared the auditors [?numbers?]
with Treasurer's entries and found the same to balance
and to be correct in all respects
Your Committee beg to
make the following recommendations. 1. That more
care should be exercised in the clerical work as shown
by type written [?work?] of Auditor. 2. That the Auditor
and Treas should hereafter in [?their?] reports show the
receipts and expenditures more in detail.
