Treasurer [end inserted] for the ensuing year, which motion was duly seconded
and adopted , and A. J. Frame was duly [?nominated?]
for this position, and there being no other nominations
Mr Bundy moved that Mr Hamblin cast the [inserted] unanimous [end inserted] ballots
of the members of this Board for A. J. Frame at a salary
of 600$ per annum for the ensuing year which motion
was duly seconded and adopted ,and thereupon Mr
Hamblin cast the unanimous ballots of the members
of this Board for A.J. Frame as Treasurer of the Ohio
University for the ensuing year.

on Ladies
Hall [end inserted] Mr Bundy moved
that Mr Jewett be elected as a Committee of
one upon the Ladies Hall for the ensuing year,and
that he be authorized without a special requisition
being made upon the Finance Committee, to expend
when necessary a sum of money not exceeding Ten
dollars ($10.00) , and for all other expenditures that he
make requisitions upon Said Finance Committee, which
motion was duly seconded and unanimously adopted
[inserted] Committee
on College
Campus and
Buildings [end inserted] Mr Jewett moved that Messrs.
O'Bleness, Foster and Biddle be elected as a Committee
on College Cam pusand Buildings for the ensuing year
which motion was duly seconded and adopted
Mr Davidson moved that the
Board adjourn until tomorrow morning at 9.
Oclock which motion was duly seconded and adopted.
