seconded, and the yeas and nays being demanded
reulted in the following vote to wit: Yeas Ellis. Lowrey
Jewett, Hamblin ,Davidson, Lene, Fenton.Jones, Welch
[inserted] O.U. Cetificates [end inserted] Bundy, Wood, Coultrap, Blackstone, Foster and
O'Bleness - yeas - 15 nays none and being the unanimous
vote of all the members of the Board present
at this meeting ,and the Chair declared that
said resolution had been unanimously adopted
by the Board -
Mr. Jewett offered the following resolution to wit:

1903 [end inserted] "Resolved that when this
Board at this meeting finally adjourns that
it adjourn to meet at this Office on the 28th day of
August 1903 at -1-30. P.M" and moved its adoption
which motion was duly [crossed out] adopted [end crossed out] Seconded, and the
yeas and nays being demanded resulted in the following
vote to wit: Yeas, Ellis, Lowrey, Jewett .Hamblin -
Davidson Lene, Fenton. Jones Welch. Bundy Wood
Coultrap. Blackstone, Foster and O'Bleness yeas 15 nays
none ,and being the unanimous vote of all the
members of the Board present at this meeting,
and thereupon the Chair declared that said motion
had been unanimously adopted by the Board, and by a
legal quorum thereof.

Excused [end inserted] A letter from G. W. Boyce, a member of this Board
, bearing date June 15th 1903 was read by the Secretary to
the board and thereupon Mr Bundy moved that Mr
Boyce be excused for non attendance at this meeting
, and that the Secretary convey to him our Congratulations
and our earnest wish that he may be speedily restored
to health , which motion was duly seconded and
unanimously adopted.
