"Section 3-of the act of February 15. 1809.
That nine of the Trustees of said Ohio University,
shall be hereafter necessary to form a quorum
to transact the business of said corporation, any
laws to the contrary not with standing"

M Lene offered the following resolution and moved its
adoption ."Resolved, that the proposal of George M
Schneider to construct a Normal School Building
for the total sum of $46.913.07 according to plans
and specifications, be accepted , and that the contract
be entered into [?with?] said George M Schneider a the
lowest bidder, the consideration therefor not to be paid
until the appropriation under the Seese bill levy
becomes available; not less however , than $25.000.00
to be paid said contractor prior to Sept 15.1903 and payable
thereafter as the work progresses in monthly payments
in accordance with the estimate.
