Crook + Scott [end inserted] Mr Biddle moved that we
accept the two portraits of Ex Pres Scott and Ex-Pres.
Crook and pay Miss. Stahl the contract price therefor
amounting at 50$ each to the sum of $100.00. Which
motion was duly seconded and adopted.
[inserted] Bond of
Auditor
approved [end inserted] Mr Hamblin presented to the
Board the bond of the Auditor ,and on motion
duly seconded the same was accepted and approved
by the Board and ordered to be filed with the President.
[inserted] Plans
for Normal
Colleg e+c [end inserted] Mr Coultrap moved that
the Building Committee be requested to procure
plans from Architect Packard for the new Normal
School building [crossed out] at a [end crossed out] [inserted] [illegible] [end inserted] cost of [inserted] said building [end inserted] not to exceed $45.000.00,
to conform to resolutions now adopted and to make report
to the August meeting of this Board which motion was
duly seconded and adopted.
[inserted] Advertising [end inserted] Mr Jewett moved that
the President be authorized to expend such sum of
money in advertising the Normal College and the Ohio
University as he may deem necessary for that
purpose which motion was duly seconded
and adopted.

Seal- [end inserted] On motion duly seconded and adopted the President
was authorized and instructed to purchase a University seal.
On motion of Mr Jewett duly
seconded and adopted the Board adjourned until August
29th 1902 - 1-30-P. M.
