an honest difference of opinion. Our recommendation is
that the new building occupy ground south east of
what is known as the "East Wing"; that it front
to what it known as University Terrace; that its
from shall be not less than Sixty feet from the
West pavement, or foot walk of said University Terrace;
(and that its front shall be not less that Sixty feet)
:and that in the construction of the building care shall

University Terrace the least possible

Mr Welch moved that we as a body go over the
ground before selecting a site and have the
advantage of examining the grounds before acting upon
the matter which motion was duly seconded
and adopted.

seconded and adopted the petition of L.G. Worstell
asking for an appropriation for the athletic association
was referred to the Manager of said association

Committee [end inserted] Mr. Jewett moved that Messrs
Wood Welch + Jones be elected as a Finance Committee
with the same power and authority conferred upon
the Finance Committee of last year which motion
was duly seconded and adopted.

Buildings [end inserted] On motion duly seconded and adopted of Mr Bundy
the President, Henry O'Bleness [inserted] T.R Biddle and I.M Foster were
appointed as a Committee on College Campus
and Buildings for the ensuing Year.
On motion duly seconded and adopted a Committee
