Gentlemen
The undersigned members of your Committee
to select instructors for the classes of "the Normal College of
the Ohio University" would respectfully report as follows,
The recommendations of a number of applicants were duly
considered , and thereafter selections of the following named persons
was made and salaries fixed as here with shown:

The teachers for the " Model School." , three in number
have not yet been selected , but selection will be
made at an early date at an aggregate salary not to
exceed $1500.00 per annum.
The Dean of the Normal Collage Henry. G. Williams
A.M was electred at a special meeting of the Board
and his annual salary fixed at $23.0.00. The action
already taken in the selection of employes, and fixing
their compensation and that to be taken in the employment
of the additional instructors required in the model
school, will make the total annual salary role
of all persons directly connected with. the instruction
given in the Normal College amount to $11.250.00
We further recommend that the term of service of all
employes herein named or referred to shall terminate,
unless otherwise ordered by the Board, July 1. 1903.
