Your Committee to whom were referred
[inserted] Report on
Aud+Treas [end inserted] for examination the reports of the Auditor and Treasurer
of the University for the year ending June 15th 1902 beg
to report that they have performed that duty by
comparing the Vouchers with the Several entries made,
the two reports with each other , and with the books of
the Treasurer. They find said reports in perfect accord
and entirely correct.

Mr. Foster moved that said report be approved
and accepted which motion was duly seconded
and adopted
[inserted] Expenses of
Alumni
Association [end inserted] On motion of Mr Foster duly seconded and adopted
a sum not exceeding 60$ was allowed and appropriated
for the purpose of defraying the expenses of the Alumni
Association this year.
[inserted] Commencement
Expenses [end inserted] On motion of Mr Jewett duly seconded and adopted
the sum of $100.00 was allowed and appropriated
for the purpose of defraying the Commencement expnses
this year;
[inserted] Y.M.C.A
appropriation [end inserted] Mr Wood moved that we reconsider
the action taken upon yesterday in declining to grant
the Y.M.C.A_ the request for an appropriation to
send delegates to the Geneva Conference which
motion was duly seconded and adopted.
Mr Wood moved
that we allow the Y. M. C. A of the O.U a sum
not exceeding 80$ to be expended under the
direction of the President for the purpose of defraying
the expenses of the delegates from this University to
the Geneva Conference this year;
