The expenditures have been $2384.93
The receipts have been - 829.25
Cost of maintaining Ladies Hall - $1555 68
The largest item of expence has been the $1700.00
annually paid as a rental for the hall which
deducted from the total amount of expenditures
to wit $2384.93 leaves the net cost of maintaining
the hall for all other purposes at the sum of
$684.00 - The net receipts are $829.25 which
pays all the current expences and leaves a balance
of $145.25 to be applied in payment as a
reduction of the rent account.
I desire to commend in the strongest terms the
excellent managment of Mrs. Sarah Steenrod
as Matron of the Hall.
She has admirably managed the lady students
entrusted to her charge, and has made the
hall pleasant and attractive to our girls who
have made their home with her during the
past year.
