[Petition of] George A. Webber Lot #3514
husband of Julia F. Webber, deceased, late owner of Lot
No. 3514 asking for permission to designate what inter-
ments shall be made in said Lot, and that the same per-
mission be given, in his absence, to his brother, Fred W.
Webber; and it appearing that said Lot had been devised
to the Corporation by the said Julia F. Webber, without des-
ignating what future interments were to be made therein
if any, it was Voted that the matter be referred to the
Committee on Lots, when appointed.

Petition of William Read Lot #1668
A petititon 457 was presented from William Read, owner
of Lot No. 1668, representing that, for family reasons, it
is desirable that said Lot should be divided into two
equal portions by a line running from a point in the
middle of the Northern boundary line to a point in the
middle of the Southern boundary thereof, one of said
portions to be afterwords conveyed to himself, and the
other to his nephew, William Read Westcott, the sum neces-
sary to provide for the perpetual care of the latter portion
being first paid; and it was voted that the prayer of
the petition be granted.

[Honorarium] [for Trustee] [Amount fixed]
The subject of the payment of an honorarium to the
members of the Board for attendance at meetings of
Trustees and Committees thereof, as provided by Article
II of the By-Laws, as amended at the recent meeting of the
Proprietors, was presented and discussed, and it was Voted
that the amount of such honorarium be fixed at Five Dollars,
said Vote to take effect at once.

Dissolved.
